Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.


Domestic (within the US)

All orders are processed within 1-4 days. Orders take 3-6 business days from shipment date to be delivered. 

Sierra Belle offers the following shipping processes:

  • USPS: First class 2-5 business days transit
  • Priority Mail: 1-3 transit
  • Priority 1 Day: 1-2 day transit $30 

Please make sure the address we are shipping to is a secure address. If packages are stolen we will try our best to help but we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

*Delivery times will go into effect the business day after you placed your order. 

**Expedited orders must be made before 12 pm PST in order to ensure the quickest deliver (excludes weekends and holidays).

Shipping Provider

Our domestic and international shipping is provided by USPS. 

Processing Time
Domestic orders received by 3 pm Monday-Friday PST will be processed within 1-3 days pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders received after 3 pm will be processed the following business day (this excludes Saturday, Sunday, and all holidays). Expedited orders placed before 12 pm PST will be shipped the same day or the following business day if placed on the weekend. Please note that expedited orders will take an average 1-2 days to be received depending on the customer's location. 

***Reminder, we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. 

Undeliverable Packages
Need to reship a refused or undeliverable package? A reshipping fee in the amount of the original shipping cost will be required. To avoid reshipping fees, please double check your address prior to checkout.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping addresses and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. Sierra Belle is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.

Returned/Refused Orders
If you would like to cancel an order that has been refused or returned to us due to a mistake in the shipping address entered at checkout, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount as well as a 15% restocking fee.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

Sierra Belle is not responsible for any packages by USPS that are lost, stolen, and/or damaged. In the event that a package is lost or stolen, please contact your closest USPS.

Expedited shipping is not available for international orders. Please be aware that some countries will impose additional tariffs and fees on items shipped from abroad. We are not responsible for duties, taxes or custom charges with international shipping. The customer is responsible to investigate and understand any country-specific tariffs, duties, and fees.  If your country requires an additional postage fee, a member of the Belle Squad will contact you for confirmation of the additional charge. Please note that these are not shipping charges from Sierra Belle Boutique. Once the package arrives to the country of destination, it is processed by customs and there may be delays.
