📦 Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes, babe! If you're in the Reno/Tahoe area, simply select “Pick Up in Store” at checkout. We’ll have your order ready within 2 business days. You’ll get a notification when it’s good to go!

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

For orders outside the U.S., please fill out our contact form, and a member of our Belle Squad will reach out to see what we can do! We’ll always try our best to accommodate.

🔄 How often do you restock?

Since we’re a boutique, we carry limited quantities of each style. Once something sells out, we typically don’t restock—but if a lot of you are asking, we just might bring it back! Make sure to email us at info@shopsierrabelle.com if you’re hoping for a restock.

🔁 What is your return policy?

We get it—shopping online can be tricky! That’s why we offer returns within 7 days of your shipment date. Items must be unworn and in original condition to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

❌ Can I change my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, we can’t make changes—but if you need to cancel it before it ships, reach out ASAP via our contact page or give us a call. Then, you can place a new order with the correct items!

📏 How do I know what size to get?

Each item is unique, so always check the care instructions on the product page before washing. Want to keep your pieces looking fresh? When in doubt, gentle wash + air dry is the way to go!
