Where are you located?
Our boutique is located in Reno, NV in the heart of MidTown at the Sticks Shopping Center. Click here for directions.
I live in the Reno/Tahoe area. Can I pick up my order at Sierra Belle?
You can! Simply check the “Pick Up in Store” option when entering your shipping information at check out and we will ensure that your order will be ready for pickup. Please give us 2 business days to fill your order! See our shipping page for more information.
Does Sierra Belle ship internationally?
For any customers outside the U.S., please submit a contact form with your request and one of our members of the Belle Squad will get back to you as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate every customer.
How often do you restock?
Because we are a small boutique, we only order a select quantity and size run of each item. If the style or size of a specific item is sold out, feel free to email us at info@shopsierrabelle.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We typically do not reorder items, however if many of our customers are asking for it, we may bring it back. We do try to bring back popular items in similar styles, so please check often.
We do continuous get in new arrivals so please sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of our site or follow us on Instagram to keep up with the latest updates.
How often do you have sales or discounts?

What is your return policy?
We know shopping online can be a little challenging, so we do offer returns within the 7 days of your shipment date on merchandise purchased online. Please note that our return policy is full refund in original payment within 7 days of delivery.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be changed. We can, however, cancel an order prior to shipping. Once it is cancelled, you can then place a new order for the correct item. Please get in touch with us via email on our contact page at your earliest convenience to cancel an order or give us a call and an associate will help you.
Should I go up or down a size?
We try our best to make sure our items run true to our sizing chart (sizing chart pdf or page). However, for the most accurate representation of sizing for each item, make sure to read the item description before checking out.

Each item is unique and has its own instructions for care. To keep it in the best possible shape we recommend that you read the descriptions carefully for each item to view the care instructions before checking out.
