What is Sierra Belle's Return Policy?
Not in Love?

We'll be happy to REFUND of your item(s) 7 DAYS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE OR DELIVERY DATE FOR ONLINE ORDERS. After 7 days, we'll be happy to EXCHANGE OR GIVE STORE CREDIT UP TO 14 DAYS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE/DELIVERY DATE (ONLINE). The items must be in their original form, unworn, unwashed unaltered, makeup free, deodorant free, stain free, and scent free with ALL original tags attached. The cost of your items will be refunded in the original form of payment. All items must be accompanied by BOTH an original Sierra Belle receipt and the credit card transaction receipt for in-store purchases or an an online receipt for online purchases. For exchanges, if the difference exceeds the value of the items it will be the responsibility of the customer. If the difference is less than of the value of the items exchanged, it will be refunded in the original form of payment. Store credit will be applied to a Sierra Belle gift card. Items purchased with at Sierra Belle gift card will be refunded onto a Sierra Belle gift card. Shipping cost and additional fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.    
Items must have ALL these tags attached to be eligible for a return or an exchange and must NOT be removed or show signs of being repostioned:

  • Sierra Belle price tag
  • Sierra Belle "DO NOT REMOVE" tag (if applicable)
  • All vendors tags (if applicable)

Are there any items I CANNOT return/exchange?
Yes, the following items are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund or exchange and will be denied by any member of Sierra Belle Boutique:

  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume, and or stains 
  • ANY items that are discounted, on sale, clearance, and final sale

Can I return or exchange sale items?
All discounted and sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. Please keep in mind that discounts are only eligible and valid on prior purchases. Discounts cannot be applied to new purchases.

 What is your policy for gift purchases?

Gift purchases must fit all the criterial listed above and must be accompanied by a Sierra Belle receipt or gift receipt. Purchased gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
