Not In Love?

We apologize and we'll be happy to exchange unworn, unwashed, or defective items with all original tags attached.

Simply mail your item(s) back to us at Sierra Belle Headquarters within 15 days of your delivery date and the cost of your item(s) will be applied onto a Sierra Belle Boutique gift card.

Once we receive and process your exchange, you will get an email notification from one of our members of our Belle Squad with the details of your gift card. You may redeem the gift card code online or in-store.

Please include the original packing slip or order number with your items when you ship them back.

To ensure guarantee when shipping your items, we recommended using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance especially for item(s) over $75. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your items.

Exchanges

Do you need a different color or size? We recommend purchasing the new item, then sending the original item back.

We will take great measure to ensure your items are inspected before they ship out, however, if you receive a damaged or defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@shopsierrabelle.com.

Reduced and Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Bodysuits, swimwear, and intimates are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any items you exchange. The original shipping charge, if applicable, is non-refundable.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the original condition that you received it and with all tags attached. If any item is in an unsellable condition (ANY type of signs of wear, damage, scents, or alterations), you will be notified by email and the items will be returned to you.
