COVID-19 Update & Store Policy

Opening Tentatively Friday, May 15, 2020

We are excited to finally open our doors! We've missed everyone! We just need a little more time to make sure we meet all the new guidelines given to us by local and the US government so that we continue to do our part to keep you, our Belles, and our community safe! 

Our hearts still go out to everyone impacted, and we will continue to operate with the best interests of our team, families, customers, and communities at heart.

During this time, our store will be cleaned and sanitized and we will continue to operate using the guidelines and recommendations by the CDC & WHO when handling your online orders.

Due to the COVID-19 and temporary closure of our store, we are being flexible with our store policies.

  • We will continue to offer our customers to buy online and pick up with curbside pick-up as an option. We will also offer free delivery within a 15-mile radius.
  • All in-store purchases dated after March 4, 2020 will be eligible for store credit or an exchange until May 22, 2020.
  • All in-store purchases dated after March 11– March 18, 2020 will be eligible for a full refund until May 22, 2020. (This date may change depending on our state officials.)
  • All purchases dated from March 18 to May 15, 2020 will be able to receive store credit or an exchange until May 29, 2020.
  • All items will require BOTH our Sierra Belle price tag & “Do Not Remove” tag still attached to be eligible for store credit or an exchange.
  • Shoes will be eligible for store credit or an exchange as long as there is no signs of wear.
  • Intimate items will still be final sale.
  • Items marked as final sale will still be a final sale.

Due to these current events, online order shipments and customer service response times may be a little longer than usual, and two-day and next-day shipping may not be currently available. We’ll be working to get your online orders to you as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience.
